About Us

Accelerate Industry 4.0

Our mission is to Accelerate the Fourth Industrial Revolution a.k.a Industry 4.0.

AVII (Automated Visual Inspection Infrastructure) was founded in 2024 when our Founders — Daniel Emaasit, PhD (ABD), Noel Etyang, & Tobias Tukei — were running a VC-backed company called Logistify AI. At that company the Founders had built an Inventory Management System with inventory counting using CCTV cameras and computer vision. Soon the Founders began receiving several requests from other developers who wanted to embed visual inspection in their own apps, outside of inventory counting. So the founders built a high-level, general-purpose API for several use cases in different industries e.g. Pharma, Automotive, etc.

AVII AI is similar to Prof. Andrew Ng's company Landing AI except that we perform all the steps for you from data labelling (Yes, we annotate your data), model training, model evaluation to model deployment. Finally we expose your model using a simple API that you can use to embed visual inspection in your app.
